Pros

Great work environment. The company has plenty of opportunities and puts money into employee growth. Peers are helpful and there is a sense of comradery.

Cons

You can get pigeon holed in a particular area if you do not actively push upper management for new opportunities.

Pros

If you are looking for advancement the company recruits within. Six to nine months is the average time to complete training and or be in the right spot at the right time and get promoted to a store manager.

Cons

Company expectations of daily operations exceed hours budget... leaving many salaried managers to pick up the slack resulting in an average of 50-55 hour work weeks!
