Pros

Decent pay until they decided to fire everyone.

Cons

Biased and unfair management, the CEO or board of the company have no idea how it actually works, outsourcing to Dominican Republic without investing any resources to them so they can actually do their jobs while firing an office of 100 people to "save lease costs." There is no communication between stores and call center, which is ridiculous when the call center is forced to baby sit stores who can't or won't do their jobs.

Pros

Completely remote and hybrid work models are available.

Cons

The company is in the beginning stages of a fundamental transformation of all its business practices led by an external consultancy that will last at least 3 years. Literally everything is on the table.
