Pros

Discount is nice but only for Fulltime team members. Part time gets $250 in discounts while Fulltime gets $500

Cons

The company does not care about their employees, especially when you move up in the company. This is not a good place to have a career. They stress you out and do not offer overtime so you are left with long work hours and are not compensated. Lastly, they had me do an audit on MOTHERS DAY and I was there from 9:30AM to 1AM and could not see my mother. The best part, I had to go back to work the next day and instead of offering over time for the hours worked, they cut my hours another day so I would only hit 40 hours.

Down hill before Covid and poor choices Too political and not appreciated outside of NY office. Cut backs after with bad decisions.
