It's an ok first job

The managers are incompetent and very rude. I don't even know how I managed to stay there that long. Glad I got out

Thanks for being real about your experience! It sounds like the job itself felt like a decent place to get started, but the way things were handled by leadership made it harder than it maybe needed to be. That kind of dynamic can completely change how a job feels, and it makes sense that that would stick with you. Appreciate you taking the time to share this! Wishing you the best wherever you landed next!

Pros

We have decent employee discounts.

Cons

Management not being fair to all employees, they let hardworking ones do more work without any rewards.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review! Really glad the employee discount was a highlight for you, and that you had a good experience with the people you worked with. And yeah, sales can definitely bring people in the door, and make things busy fast, so we appreciate you calling that out too. On the fairness piece, we never want anyone to feel like the hard workers are the ones carrying everyone without getting recognized. Everyone deserves to be seen for the effort they put in -- recognition shapes morale, and positive morale helps drive our teams to be the best they can be. Genuinely appreciate you sharing your experience!
