Pros

Working together with your team

Cons

Upper management is the biggest failure of Footlocker. They don’t know what they are doing and are clueless to the actual daily operations and demands of stores. Most of upper management clearly couldn't cut it elsewhere. The politics and favoritism is another downfall. They fire good people and keep bad people. They discriminate against females in management.

Pros

Cool job for young talent.

Cons

Not much room to grown. Management positions are limited and pay sucks
