Miserable Company

Business Outlook

Pros

30% discount on sneakers - thats about it

Cons

Teams compete against each other than work with each other. Poor work like balance, summer days are choose 6 Fridays. Bad aura in the office, everyone is miserable because the business is rewarded with sales only.

Pros

Good place to work for learning to be responsible, disciplined and a go-getter. Really have to go above and beyond to get a commission.

Cons

It is a men-dominated atmosphere and their jokes can be belittling to women but every place could be different. Have to really sell to the customer and sometimes if means being pushy.
