Pros

Enthusiastic staff, fun customers, and good perks. Felt like you could go to any Footlocker in the country and connect with them. If you like sneakers/sneaker culture, you'll enjoy working here. On big shopping weekends/seasons, you can make great commission, and hours are plentiful.

Cons

Need clearer explanations up front on how commission works. It changed often, and managers didn't do a great job of clearing up confusion when associates asked. High management turnover: 3 managers in 2.5 years. Whenever it's an off season, don't expect to make commission unless you work the weekend. The market here isn't hot enough to support the current commission rates.
