Pros

Employee discount was nice. Basically the only good thing about the job. The environment is typically fun and upbeat.

Cons

As a college student, it made it difficult to focus on school. Going to class all morning then working 12 to close 3 or 4 times a week makes it very difficult. Company does not care for employee happiness. They dont pay well, and they over work their managers and assitant managers. The district managers require managers to work ridiculous hours and do to much work. In the end, the amount of work put in does not match the pay you receive. The job is only benefital as a part time employee if you work in a high volume store. If you don't, your making minimum wage. which is pathetic. Upper management in my district is aweful. Making employees store managers when they are not properly trained. Choosing the wrong people for store managers. Moving assitant managers from one store to another, decreasing their pay due to commission, and not compensating for the loss of pay.

Pros

Easy to work your way up the ladder. They will move you around the world to help you move up

Cons

The pay for some people is not enough for what you have to do. The BlackOut days are very hard for the people that live far away from their family.

Pros

Employee discount... and that's it

Cons

Where do I begin? First off the pay is horrible, they pay you minimum wage with no way of a raise as a part time employee. They will schedule you for only a few hours a week making it impossible to make any kind of money. The company expects you to be loyal to it and always make everything in the store is perfect, while paying you pennies to make them thousands. It's honestly one of the worst companies to work for, you are so expendable in this company they will fire you for the smallest of things because they do not value any employee. Honestly a joke of a company to work for.
