Great to hear your first year has been a flexible and positive one! Having a good team and chances to learn new things can really shape the experience, even if slower days feel a little dull at times. Thanks for sharing -- it’s feedback like this that helps us see what’s working well and where we can keep stepping up our game!

Pros

Fun, Cool Shoes, Cool Employees, good location for me atleast.

Cons

No future growth in the company after SM. Pay kinda suck if you don't make bonuses for how much work it is. - Stores are always short-staffed, and the corporation gives no hours to spend.

It’s always great to hear that the team, store culture, and of course the sneakers are highlights of the role. At the same time, you’re right to point out that staffing, pay, and growth opportunities matter, and your honesty about those challenges is valuable. Thanks for giving such a balanced take on your experience!
