pay is extremely low.thier training make me feel like I'm in middle school doing worksheets

Pros

You get a 30% discount on all products, easy hours, easy job. shoes sell themselves.

Cons

sales associates make minimum wage with a 1% commission on whatever you sell. you have to move up if you want to make more money.

Pros

The discount is pretty cool and although the job is stressful at times it is well worth it in the end.

Cons

Like any other jobs the hours get longer particularly during the holiday rush. Not enough recognition for part time sales associates.
