Pros

The company is very well structured and it kind of teaches you how to control the business. The communication between bosses and employees is very fast, clear and constant. With the "info centro" in each store, anyone can follow their performance, as well as changes in the company decisions, new releases, prices markdowns, everything...

Cons

The management is totally disrespectful. They can be rude, over react, ask anyone to work longer hours without any extra payment, everything is about the company. Nobody feels valued...the rights and written policy are not applied in reality. The turnover is very high.
