Pros
Fonova is the place I have most fun in since I started working in the previous millennium... People are great, there's always a "can-do" atmosphere and the pace is high - without killing WFH balance. We're working high scale, new technologies, and keep on developing new stuff all the time.
Cons
No one knows us in Israel, since we work B2B with the giants of the world only. So it's a bummer to keep on explaining that everytime you meet people, but it does become a great elevator pitch :-)
