Pros

the experience I suppose? depending on your role Exit opps

Cons

it’s a hybrid schedule - 2/3 days in and the others out. But god forbid you want to work from home when your supposed to be in. HR will literally harass you and force you to take sick time or PTO. In todays day and age, there is no reason for that. That was my first red flag. upper management is a joke. You won’t even see them, well you will see one on their phone with feet up in the office all day. Great image to promote. Culture sucks. No one will talk to you or even smile. There are many other companies that have way better values, but also appreciate their employees and not degrade them. Go anywhere else.

Pros

Whether this is your first job out of college or your transitioning, this is a great place to work. Unlike other places in Sales, Fora consistently gives you the tools to succeed and make as much money as you can, and grow within the company. Keep in mind: you get out of it what you put into it. If you are a go-getter and want to make $100K plus, then send in your resume. All the leads are warm, and there is abolustely no prospecting to be done, so all you have to do is call leads you are given, and they are people who are currently looking for financing, or were at some point. Management wants you to succeed, therefore your manager is always looking out for you, helping you if need be to make you put forth the best of your ability. This is not a hard job in the least, so you don't have to worry about burnout: the company is one of the Premium Lenders in the industry, so it's much easier for when people hear the name Fora, to listen to what you have to say. Advancement is also very quick if you're the right person with the right attitude and work ethic. In less than a year, one of my colleagues became a Sales Manager, and he never worked after 6:00, and still made $100K. It's a very close knit group of people on the Sales Floor, where everyone is looking to help each other. People are not vindictive at this company and want to push you out for their own benefit; everyone wants everyone to succeed. The Industry itself is stil fairly new, so it's great to get in on the ground floor and grow from within the company that helped originate the industry. Also, the Medical/Dental/Vision Benefits are Top Notch, especially the Dental Insurance which is the best I have ever had anywhere. Very reasonable pricing as well; in fact, my bi-weekly premiums went down this year and I still retained the same benefits.

Cons

As with every company, there are some pitfalls, but things that can be corrected. The Sales Floor itself is not the nicest office with the nicest bathroom, but it's the atmosphere that makes it what it is, and to most people, it's like a 2nd home. Also, within the past few months, there have been a lot of changes that all came at once that'll take some getting used to, but these changes will soon become Pros for the company, for they will only help increase productivity and revenue.
