Pros

- Uncapped commission - Not much stress - Lots of on the job freedom, no ones barking at you constantly - Energetic work environment - Work hard and you will do well. - Easy product to pick up - Very good core management team

Cons

- Significant if not detrimental communication issues between departments - Lack of organization and structure. A lot of things come at a very slow pace - Not the best office in the world - Benefits are improving but still need a lot of work. Mostly with some kind of 401k match.

Decent starting salary, ability to make a lot from commissions, great location, and great way to develop communication skills

Cons

Tons of time listening to the phone dial with no answers (need to clean queues), excessively repetitive, strict hours with little wiggle, people are extremely replaceable, job feels manipulative
