The Salaries are better than most companies, they have great vacation plan, and the benefits are pretty robust, the people are also fun.

Cons

The company does not comply with typical industry standards like ISO, OSHA, CMMI or IEEE. There are some ethics issues within the management chain where they cover up issues rather than resolve them.

- Management team lacks industry standard knowledge and best practices - Management don't listen to recommendations or suggestions. It's their way and no other way - In mature delivery processes and project management knowledge - High turn over due the chaotic culture - Always a fire drill and nothing ever properly planned
