- Large market share in some units - Markets served are growing - Have largely given up on forced integration of the various predecessor companies and are allowing them to do their own things

- Poor benefits, and worsening over time - Every year, massive negative benefits changes happen just weeks before the end of the year - Lack of professional development - Lack of promotion ability - Remuneration is below industry standards - Too much dead weight for performant staff to carry - Negative and hostile culture - Too many technical staff members are so far out of date (20+ yrs) that there is no innovation in many product lines.
