Opportunity to be part of a company in the thick of a huge market with new exciting products being built in every team! Regularly see individuals being promoted and offered opportunities if others leave. Very competitive salary and benefits, as well as numerous company and Thank You days.

Cons

There had been significant continuous change in the first 2 years of my being with the company which caused a lot of uncertainty - there has been very clear direction and much less change in strategy over the past year or so which fills teams with confidence.

Autonomy and Flexibility, with some caveats

Pros

I've been here for over 4 years, there's been ups and downs. First, I do admit there's plenty of autonomy, great, smart people that work here. Second, the people here are friendly! I've grown my career to a point where I am very happy and making decent money.

Cons

Constant changes in territory, roadmap items slip frequently, management is a revolving door. During peak times, everyone is overworked and frustrated. I am underpaid, though, have been told over and over that my compensation would be raised to a competitive level for more than 3 years.
