Pros

At the current state there aren't many pros to Forcepoint. NAM is in a state of Flux leadership is in denial and believes the employees are the problem. Leadership is lost and doesn't seem to have the knowledge to right the ship.

Cons

Don't come here if you're looking for longevity or high pay. Products will eventually become good once the leadership is expelled or someone else buys Forcepoint.
