Had the backing of Raytheon

Cons

Raytheon is moving further and further away from FP. The product does not support what the company is trying to claim they are "disrupting in the industry". Not the same company to when I started or even to 6 months ago. I used to walk in and get greetings and strike random conversation with employees. Not everyone walks around with a frown. I love the company, but I am afraid what the future holds

Company culture can be toxic, they give a lot of lip service about creating a positive and innovated workplace however most people and overworked and under appreciated

Pros

The products have a "place in the market" .. but tend to be buggy. The CEO is a great presenter.

Cons

The CEO has all the depth of a cardboard cutout, his senior management seem completely oblivious about the impact of "hyper" staff turn over (on this point specifically, I have never heard of , or experienced worse).
