Pros

- Exceptional leadership – some of the most supportive and inspiring managers I've worked with. - Positive and inclusive work culture that fosters collaboration and mutual respect. - Excellent employee perks and benefits that genuinely enhance work-life balance. - Strong focus on learning and development, with opportunities to grow both technically and professionally. - Empowering environment where employees are trusted with ownership and responsibility. - Transparent and approachable management that values employee feedback. - Team-oriented atmosphere that encourages knowledge sharing and problem-solving.

Cons

While past integration efforts with acquired companies were undertaken with the best intentions and strategic goals in mind, they caused a few challenges in execution and clarity of direction. I trust the current top-level management to overcome these challenges.

Pros

Really well positioned in the data security market. Analysts recognize Forcepoint as leader of leaders in DLP/DSPM and always one of the top vendors for data security. Great place to work if you don't need to be told what to do and can identify places to have an impact and take initiative. Always room to expand in important needed directions to help drive the Forcepoint business.

Cons

Right now absorbing new management - although many with incredible backgrounds and bringing important competitive perspective, capabilities and vision.

Pros

Flexible work-life balance. Supportive and collaborative coworkers. Unlimited PTO (requires manager approval).

Cons

Layoffs happen without warning, even just before parental leave. New leadership seems to focus solely on cost-cutting, not performance or people. High-performing, long-tenured employees were laid off without clear reasoning. Pay increases are extremely low—not aligned with performance or market rates. Constant project changes with no long-term vision. Project managers continue to push for ticket completion despite shifting priorities. Leadership under the new CEO feels disconnected and unsupportive.
