Managers are mostly incompetent, over titled and lack of management skills at large. Which led to toxic working place. This company has a high turnover rate for employees and executives.

A great place to be if you want to learn the cyber security space

Pros

Amazing WLB, management really understand the employee needs and knows how to navigate between that and the business needs. Employees and management are very friendly and kind. Most of the time there is no high pressure but there is always things that needs to be done. When your product/feature development will go live you will be expected to give your extra mile to handle that. Lots of space for new ideas and learning.

Cons

Some departments still stuck with old technology. Benefits could be better. Once you land a job, it's hard to move up the scale, also moving between sites is not common.
