There are some good people in the company. Decent pay

Cons

Company cares more about numbers then actually solving problems. Techs that are closing cases with out fixing the issue are praised. Techs who work hard to solve the issues are looked down upon. Due to this, you see a lot of customers have same issues over and over again. You see a lot of people just trying to pass the issue on to someone else rather then work on it, A lot of cheating the system that is being encouraged by management.
