Interesting but overly complex products that are not as Enterprise ready as Websense management thinks it is.

Pros

Will leave you to get on with the job & is willing to give employees time to understand Websense proposition. Interesting product proposition but overly complex. Always willing to "do a deal" Security market is less exposed to budget contraints when compare to other sectors of IT.

Cons

Some of the senior managers behaviour can only be described strange, particularly at staff social functions. Product differentiation is difficult; product pricing structure is out of step with the market. Some of the CRM process are intensely bureaucratic. Creating customer / reseller loyalty is difficult. Subscription model does not inspire customer loyalty. Hardware modules lack functionality (albeit well priced) when compare to competitors
