Forcepoint has Clear Vision. Excellent Technologies in all areas. Great environment to work in. Close environment where you have relation and reach to top management level.

We agree that Forcepoint has a clear vision of where we are going and what we need to do to get there and are very excited about the future of our company. We do have some great people working here and are helping build our amazing culture. And although cybersecurity is competitive, Forcepoint's human-centric approach is setting up apart from the competition.

Pros

Brilliant SE community worldwide, everyone very keen to help and assist wherever possible. Great events such as SE University and SKO, Broad portfolio with good strategy helps to position Forcepoint with customers.

Cons

Not very many cons, can be busy at times, occasionally having to support legacy deployments post-sale (less and less of a concern with move to SaaS).
