A good technology space, good sales and marketing, fair compensation. Restructuring may help.

Cons

Websense has needed to move rapidly and has not been able to. This is a great space but very competitive and filled with companies that CAN innovate. Leadership has not been able to attract, motivate and enable talent. inability to innovate no growth in revenue poor management of a distributed workforce lack of leadership or vision
