Pros
The benefits were second to none, the culture was amazing and the people were fantastic. This was a great place to work, even though the pay was not the best in the industry.
Cons
Lost the small company culture, since the acquisition by Vista Equity Partners, everyone is on edge and nobody knows when they will be the next to go. Management is more concerned with saving themselves at the expense of their employees.
