They let me go when I gave my two weeks. I was not able to complete the two weeks after the notice was given to the employer.

Very process oriented and principled company. The value you get from them in terms of training and education as well as operating by strong principles , will exceed the competitiveness of their salaries. Growth is not important to Ford, being the best is.
