No Advancement, nothing but empty promises, I was lied to time after time and time company is so cheap they will make you purchase your own chair to sit in!!! Worst company that I have ever worked for!!! Don't trust their HR department ever!!! This place was the wost employment experience!!!

You are micromanaged all the time. You are made to share a hotel room with the other installers. The profit sharing is a joke. I think I made $300 over the span of 4 years. You are treated well if you are in management and in Oklahoma and if you are buddies with the right people. Top management is so lost and refuses to see the major moral issue, the constant turnover rate and the fact that it's not the 1980s anymore. The company makes a good amount of money but does not believe in investing back into the company. Their computers, printers, and other tech is very out of date. Their vehicles are death traps. (But its your fault when the breaks go out.) Safety 3rd. They love to preach about safety until it comes with a price tag. True story - I found sidewall damage on the tire of a company vehicle. Significant damage. Guess what... no spare cause that would cost money. I was told to "safely" drive down the freeway until i could get to a tire shop. You want a raise? you have to threaten to quit. I didn't believe this when I was told but i found out the hard way that is 100% the truth.
