Good training, the company invests a lot of money and resources into training their employees. Paid training to include certifications. Generally good people in the organization. Wholesome and friendly colleagues. Mentors are available. Career building and skill strengthening. Quarterly check-ins with EM. Higher education/training promoted by company. Networking and travelling to project sites and events enable career growth and exposure to other industry leaders and trades.

Cons

High demand in travel, sometime >50% of the year. Far trips to jobsites in the field with very minimal reimbursement. Very expensive medical insurance for family coverage. Around $1000/month Gainful Profit-sharing takes too long to be rewarded by. Up to 5 years of tenure before significant profit-sharing bonus to take effect.
