Pay is bad, benefits worse. YOU are financially responsible for everything including your trashcan. Micromanagement doesn't begin to cover it.

Good work environment. Good management. Good salary.

Cons

More travel than initially told there would be. No compensation for overtime or hours worked on weekend. Must have a minimum of 8 hours of work each day Monday through Friday, with it tracked on time sheets. If 8 hours is not met each day, PTO time will be taken to cover the missed hours.

The work is simple and relatively stable, the staff are very friendly and eager to help new engineers.

Cons

The pay and lack of benefits are not worth the work and time investment in the industry. There is no future or growth as an engineer within the company other than having a stable pay check. And the pay scale is not competitive.
