Some of their pros are also a con. They do not pay there techs very well so they do not have very many high quality techs. They do not pay very well. People are often just looked at as a number. They will over work and mistreat their employees. To keep jobs under budget they will use lower quality equipment and supplies. Their training program is terrible, because everything is based on the budget no one wants to spend time training new employees. They do not want to charge a new employee’s time to their project. The bottom line was I came from a good AV company that took care of their employees and their customers. Working for them was the worst decision I ever made. If you are looking for a good AV company. The look somewhere else.

Extremely high turnover. Poor management. Computers are outdated. Office environment is old. Furniture is old. CRM system is limited. Poor execution of completing jobs on time. Long estimation times. Micromanagement. Expensive insurance.
