Pros

If you’re a tech you’ll love the people you work with. They will train you and train you right.

Cons

Sharing rooms with other grown men for weeks on weeks. Advancement and raises are guarded heavily. Turnover rate is through the roof. The profit sharing they push as your golden ticket is laughable. Pay is lower on the national average. Health insurance is pretty expensive overall.

There isn't a single pro to working for this company

Cons

Everything you can think of they have. Horrible pay for the market they are in. If you work in the field expect to travel 99% of the year not the 50% they tell you. They will find any reason to fire you or push you out the door.

They’ll pay you just enough to get by

Cons

The culture is extremely toxic and authoritative. Too much travel. Even on Sundays. A lot of forced OT but when you ask for it, it’s unavailable. They make you use your PTO if you there isn’t any work in your division or to handle personal matters, and will automatically deduct it. Upper management tend to have massive egos that require a lot of stroking if you want to advance.
