Terrible management and underpaid

Pros

It’s very high tech and does meet the work hours for full time.

Cons

Hard to grow in the company, terrible pay, even engineers get the same pay as some ITs. Management isn’t organized, scheduling is inconsistent in time and doesn’t follow OSHA procedures. Don’t even follow the companies own policies.

Terrible company. There really isn’t much nice to say about them. They undercut pay, hold you financially responsible for every single thing they can, as well as foster a borderline hostile work environment.
