Co-workers are great. Jobs are high profile.

Cons

Pay and benefits are TERRIBLE. Owners have zero trust in employees. Management pressures employees to post 5 star reviews so be wary. Micromanagement doesn't begin to describe the heavy-handed and pernicious interference in the most trivial matters. Management considers all employees in a job title to be interchangeable and utterly replaceable..thus the incredibly high turnover rate.

Decent enough work, didn’t have to go overtime too much

Cons

Benefits were really not competitive at all. Vacation days are the same as sick days, bereavement only counts for the most immediate family, and no overtime pay.
