Benefits. If you're not experienced in AV install it's a great place to learn. If you're willing to play the corporate game you can advance to a well paying position with great benefits.

Cons

I have never been micro managed more in my life. The ratio of office workers to install techs is absurd. For every install tech there are about 3 people in the office who need to justify having a salary.

Cons

The cons are practically infinite. The owners, Mr. and Mrs. Ford cover are way past retirement age and it shows. Their senility is definitely questionable. They have no respect for anybody, and only value the money they rake in. There is blatant favoritism shown towards engineers and account managers, while the true backbone of the company, the division coordinators and installers, and inventory control are basically second class citizens. Working extremely long hours, and getting paid far less than the average wages for their positions.
