      Cons

      Tons of travel! Be prepared to be on the road 80-90% depending on what division you work out of.

      Pros

      Has a family feel. You will be working for, and with, great people. This company is solid and financially stable enough to offer profit sharing and make it through the tough times.

      Cons

      This company is run the same way it was in the early 2000's. They do not understand marketing or management. They are operating a $150M a year company like a $10M a year company. Lots of archaic processes that are a hindrance to efficiency. Managers that do not understand how to grow leaders, they primarily make excuses for bad policy. All of the negative aspects of working for this company are not malicious, they are do to ignorance of better business practice.
