Honolulu, HI | This company will take a chance on you and get you into an incredibly exciting industry. The projects you'll get to learn and work on are so exciting and make the hard work worth it. I have a project with my current company that I share with Ford, and every time I see a Ford AV rack panel there, I smile a little bit and have many good memories!

Cons

Any position at this company is not for the faint of heart, Working here is great if you're passionate about low voltage electronics, ambitious, enjoy mainland travel (including Vegas), don't mind working within a framework, and work autonomously. If that doesn't describe you, all of Ford is a con. The more that describes you, the more potential you have to advance and the more you'll enjoy your time there.

Pros

I am in a unique position to work with several levels in the company both entry level employees and executive leadership. I can honestly say that the company cares about employees and tries to do the right thing in every situation. I can see myself working here for 10+ years.

Cons

There is always more work to do. A lot of data tracking which is great, but there may be too much data tracking. This is a fine line, but perhaps a little less data tracking and event logging to improve efficiency would be better.
