Cons

Do not waste your time with this company . A lot of assessment , wonderlic test , mathematics and grammar test . Even if you perform good , they will not take you . They will say we need a better fit but in fact they do not know what they are looking for . You can have all the experience and the skills , you will still not be a valuable asset .

Very minimal pros. Maybe good pay out of college but that is it.

Cons

Low wage enticement. They come off as a "family company" but they are not. This is one of the worst jobs I have ever had. Denying pay to someone when they leave the company is probably something I hope you don't have to deal with. Travel is at 50%, but yet I traveled 80% and barely was able to come home, even when asked to stay in town. Terrible moral with JS and IT's. No need for support or formality. Extremely unprofessional and do not care about your well being. Upper management constantly on attack with your performance, whether it be time sheets, missing paperwork, or fixed assets. I don't see how anyone sticks with the company longer than a couple of years. Employees call this place Ford University, because they want the experience and better pay with a forward plan. I saw many people leave the company and take better positions that treated them way more fairly than this excuse of a train wreck. Constant heckling when at corporate is what threw me to find another job instantly.
