Pros

Pays fairly well. Still has pretty good benefits except for retirement. The pension plan is dead and no 401K match for hourly workers

Cons

.The work itself is unpleasant and overcomplicated. The Company is poorly managed at the Corporate level. Conflicting directives make work frustrating. Finances for the company are sadly mismanaged. I feel bad for the Member/Owners of the company. Turn over is high and levels of competence low.
