None, the whole process was a complete joke

No communication, very clicky in production, everyone wants to be the boss its the worstplace i have ever seen, there is no streamline process for new hires, there is no smoking yet all the employees smoke in their bathrooms, management doesnt know right from wrong, very bad breakroom, not a good experience at all it was horrible
