Lots of people in leadership positions in the organization fancy themselves as very smart when they know little. Act like they are cutting edge innovation when they are stuck in commodities and don't know how to get innovative.

Since moving to Middleton, lavish lunches have been bought, expensive trolley tours and how about a scavenger hunt? Leadership building activities are being help constantly that are not cheap! If you like spending company dollars then you will love it here! They spend money like nobody’s business! It’s okay though because they offered a great severance package to those that worked at the 2 plants, SERIOUS? Good benefits package.

Cons

HR has no clue what is going on. Managers in some depts have no idea how to manage and just let people call in all the time putting extra work on the rest of the people. But frown upon overtime. We rarely had a full Dept of people there. Stressful with new managers not helping. IT sucks! Hybrid is a joke! Sales account managers seem to be the only ones who know what’s going on in that place. Chaos and stressful but it’s okay, it’s normal and you’ll get used to it.

Long hours and forced weekend work not standard for any corporate job. -Lack of Advancement -Poor Management from the CEO to Mid level managers -Finger Pointing/Blame Game -Lack of Plan for the company’s move to Madison -Nothing is documented. No Audits/Reviews of Internal Procedures.
