Pros

Good pay and nice working environment. Most employees are welcoming to new employees and the work area is kept clean and safe.

Cons

Long swing shifts and lots of forced overtime. Even though it does come to be a nice pay check, family time is just as important if not more important then money.

New office in Middleton, Wisconsin will pay dividends

Cons

My experience under this company's leadership was disappointing. Expectations were set unrealistically high without proper training or support, and communication often felt unprofessional. Rather than fostering growth, management created a stressful environment that made success difficult. Overall, it was not a supportive place to work.
