In leading edge of IT/OT convergence with truly leading technology that’s easy to differentiate value. Team culture where everyone works closely towards the outcome. Excellent training, coaching, development and messaging is clear. Fantastic value based playbook gets you fast tracked. Really enjoying the experience

Cons

It’s not for everyone, you need to be prepared for honest, up front feedback and hard work that is well rewarded.

Management is like a big family. I have great bosses play hard work hard work life balance is encouraged great office space Great company culture

Cons

Onboarding is not really there yet everything centralized in US which delays most of the stuff if you are working in other region. Only people who stay long enough will know of how to do as not much formal documentation Not much support in apj/emea region compared to US

Pros

Wide variety of successful employees to share and learn from. The team spirit and collaboration is some of the best I've been around, with everyone helping and stepping up when needed. The product, and training behind it really helps you advocate and promote Forescout.

Cons

ESP Plan is missing in some international countries, with no standard optional offering to those employees affected. Not a con for some, but it's a work hard, play hard environment. There are responsibilities that you will have to take on to get the job done, so it might not be a company for those willing to only complete what's on their job description. Be passionate about your job or you won't fit in.
