Great industry, amazing product, strong company vision, collaborative culture, protectable IP, aligned leadership and no politics! Very competitive benefits, pay and equity. May sound too good, but I've worked at many Silicon Valley companies and ForeScout is an absolutely amazing place!

Some of these negative reviews are very misleading and I have found no issues with this companies management. In fact, over the last three years I have found the management team to be ambitious, approachable, and dedicated to creating a culture that not only pushes each other to do the best job we can do, but creates a collective sense of unity and rewards for hard work. Whether it be the robots that roam the halls, the executives that sit at different tables with different groups every lunch, or whether it is the sales kick off event and club trip, the management team goes above and beyond to make sure we are all getting adequately rewarded and heard. I find the reviews on Mike particularly bothersome as he is the one who has spearheaded every positive aspect about this company and I personally have had a couple conversations with him where he not only listens to my advice but implements changes based on it.
