      Pros

      It is a good entry point into the cyber security industry if you cannot find another opportunity, but do not expect to want to stay more than a year.

      Cons

      Management does a poor job communicating with each other and an even worse job communicating with their employees. Very little opportunity for advancement from the level you enter within the company.

      Pros

      Great environment, technology, value prop, and energy. Our customers need and like what we do and the problems we solve.

      Cons

      As a newly public company, the rub between maturing the organization and remaining nimble can clash. Lots of good ideas come from across the organization but prioritization can be a challenge.

      Culture, forward thinking, innovative, transparent, Great rewards and recognition, opportunities for those who seek them.

      Cons

      Working overtime unpaid for some countries, super high expectations that can be difficult to achieve.
