      Pros

      Dynamic environment constantly changing, very good for people who like changes , people in the company are nice and polite and easy to work with, a lot of bonuses and perks, a lot of events and social gatherings.

      Cons

      Expanding very rapidly, too many managers, too many new teams with no real business value

      Pros

      The people, the culture, the technology and the timing of the market opportunity. Assuming the company can execute against the strategy and vision, this will be a great place to be for years to come.

      Cons

      Too much loyalty to some people who might have been OK when the company had a lot fewer people, but have struggled with adapting to the growth and current job requirements. Some internal processes need a do-over now that we’re over 900 people. Need to fix the “just because” processes and tools.

      Pros

      ForeScout offers a very diverse culture comprised of individuals from many of the top security firms in the world. The executive leadership makes a concerted effort to be engaged at the ground level and ensure everyone knows there is an open door policy. High tech is a rapidly growing industry and ForeScout is a tremendous company to ride this wave of success with. Many may complain, but I hve never worked for a company with a more approachable CEO, passion for women’s equality, desire to improve culture and diversity, or ability to have fun.

      Cons

      The sales cycles at ForeScout can be long. The nature of the solution does not lend itself to a quick sale/implementation, though this is still possible oftentimes. It is imperative to be someone who can develop lasting relationships with your customers in order to be successful at ForeScout.
