      The very best technology in the space!

      Cons

      Management is crap. That is senior management, middle management, and junior management. Culturally they care more about looking good to their boss than they care about doing what is right or best for the company and they care more about their recent and unimpressive IPO than the employees they laid off to make the books look better than they do.

      Pros

      Good tech but overpriced. The longer serving employees are all great (the ones that have survived)

      Cons

      Great people were isolated and removed, unrealistic growth ambitions, marginalized the SMB/ small corporate base for the fortune 500. EMEA and UK management are very clique, if you are in their gang you are fed off others work. Last 2 years president club winners both let go the year after, need I say more..

      Pros

      Founding team members are absolute rock stars and very smart. Company has been in business for 17 plus years. You will never hear this from the current management team.

      Cons

      Where does one start. Well we can start at the top. CEO behaves like he is 21 years old and thinks he is some sort of rock star. He is not. Failed at last two executive positions. Rest of management team is a mix of really good and really bad. Majority fall on the really bad side. Field Sales Management is a joke. The most I could every gather on their expectations was to spend the hell out of the companies money on partying and fictitious QBR's. Never really seen anything like this place in my life. Super disorganized and the talent level in Sales leadership is at best B team level. If you need a gig to pay your bills then this is your spot. Need a sales career look elsewhere.
