      Pros

      Nice location at a light rail station.

      Cons

      Lack of business processes abound. For a company that is not a startup, this really shocked me when I first started working here.

      Pros

      It is a good entry point into the cyber security industry if you cannot find another opportunity, but do not expect to want to stay more than a year.

      Cons

      Management does a poor job communicating with each other and an even worse job communicating with their employees. Very little opportunity for advancement from the level you enter within the company.
