      Pros

      The company acts professional, not like many other startups that spam the world with their sales milestones. Work life balance is great, executive leadership has turned the company into somewhere great to work. We are trusted by the biggest companies and governments of the world and we are a healthy business that is growing and investing in solving more of those problems. The CEO and new leadership have been amazing, lots of changes but the right ones.

      Cons

      There are some people who don't move at the same pace as others or have a negative attitude.

      Pros

      It's a decent company size.

      Cons

      I wish I had known this fact before joining, the company has had a new CMO every year for several years. Product marketing was not valued within the organization, CMO was overpowered by others in C-suite which resulted in a lack of priorities and KPIs. PMMs are nothing but glorified content crunchers—limited opportunities to move into different groups. Former employees don't keep in touch, tells you about the culture.

      Sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience. We do have a relatively new CMO who was brought in to address some of the issues your raise. IMO, she is doing an amazing job creating a vision and getting the organization aligned.
