      Pros

      The management is very very approachable. The founders are still in the office! The team is funny, carrying, and always eager to help each other. The technology stack is very versatile, and in the recent year, all the top-notch technologies in the market (!) are being used Benefits are very compatible to the market The Engineering center in Israel is awesome!

      Cons

      Having the upper Business management and other counterparts in US sometimes make it for long hours of conversations into the evening/night Also, having a new post Covid-19 WorkFromHome balance is a must.

      Great Product, Inefficient Systems Engineer Management

      Pros

      The Forescout platform is powerful, with lots of integrations. It's easy to give compelling demos. Systems engineers have good onboarding and training support.

      Cons

      A lot of churn and burn in sales and systems engineering management. Sales tools work for one release and then break on the next. Forescout is, at this time, in limbo where they may be acquired by private equity. . . or might not, depending on an upcoming court case.
